The organisation’s material risk identification and reporting process encompasses all potential areas of non-compliance, including employment, tax, safety and key legal compliance requirements as well as historical events, losses, fines, claims, and evolving legislation. All material risks are integrated into the organisation’s routine enterprise risk updates and communicated to the Board and leadership.
