The Board has confidence that the Disaster Recovery (DRP), Business Continuity (BCM), and Crisis Management systems and processes are effectively interconnected and tested to ensure all business goals and obligations are delivered accurately and on time with access rights and controls in place to restrict viewing and updating of data to designated individuals, safeguarding the integrity and compliance of business and privacy requirements.
