When do I receive my products?
As soon as your payment has been successfully processed, your product(s) are made available instantly with a convenient download link accompanied with your tax invoice.
Can I make changes to my resource after purchase?
Yes, your resource is delivered to you in native Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint format. If you are experiencing problems opening or editing a resource, please contact us. We will be able to convert the resource to a usable format.
Can I place my company’s logo on the resources?
Yes, your resource is fully editable after purchase and can be customised to your individual circumstances and requirements.
What format do I receive my resource in?
All GRCReady products are provided in RTF (Rich Text Format). RTF is a file format that can be read and edited by most text editing programs such as Microsoft Word or Apple Pages.
How secure is your payment system?
The safety of your personal and financial information is very important to us. Personal information that you provide to us is encrypted to the same level used by financial institutions on a secured server via an https protocol. GRCReady does not handle online payment information (such as your credit card details). Instead, our payment service provider is PayPal, one of the leading payment service providers in the world and it takes payment on our behalf. GRCReady maintains a secure connection between its servers and logged in users through a PayPal security certificate which is also amongst the world best.
How do I buy a product?
After you click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on any product introduction page, you’ll have the option to view your cart or continue browsing products. At any time, you can proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) through PayPal.
How quickly will I receive my purchase?
Once your transaction is completed through PayPal, you should receive your product accompanied by an invoice via email within a couple of minutes of confirmation of payment.
What if I don’t receive the email with my resource and invoice?
Sometimes anti-virus protection and spam filters can divert an email message to a junk folder or delete it altogether. If you think this may have happened, you can request via contact us that we resend you a resource via email. Alternatively, you can still access your product by logging into your ‘My Account’, and then click on ‘Purchase History’. Your purchased product will show up in that view and you will be able to be download the resource with the invoice.
How do you know that the GRCReady resource is fit for purpose and will work for you?
Our resources have been provided by experienced practitioners. We are unable to advise you whether any of our documents are appropriate for your particular circumstance and we strongly recommend that you seek professional advice to ensure you have the correct documentation in place. Purchasing a relevant product can be a good starting point for any further discussion with a professional adviser. If after purchase, you discover the product is unsuitable for the intended purpose, we will refund the purchase price in line with our refund policy.
What’s the cost involved in completing the questionnaires?
Unless stated otherwise, most of our evaluation questionnaires and accompanying reports are free for all registered users. Select and pay for only those products and resources you need.
I can’t find the resources I need?
There are several ways of searching the GRCReady library. The easiest is to use the search bar, which is located at the top right hand side of every page. Just enter the resource name or a brief description of what you need and search. If you can’t find a resource you’re looking for, please contact us, we may be able to source it for you through our network of content providers.
Can I preview the product in full before buying?
We have added previews for all of our products. We can’t unfortunately (for obvious reasons) let you see an entire document before purchase.
Is the legislation referred to in the resource up to date?
We regularly update our resources for changes in legislation. Our researchers spend time reviewing new legislation. If a change is significant, it will be described on the document introduction page. Records are maintained of when resources were last reviewed and updated, so if you want to know when a resource was last updated, or if you want confirmation that a resource has been amended for particular legislation, please contact us.
How do I change my password?
- Click on ‘Login’ which is located in the top right corner of the landing page.
- Click on ‘Lost your password?’ (located beneath Login).
- Enter your username or email and click on ‘Reset password’.
- Go to your email inbox.
- Open the email you received from GRCReady and click on the link provided.
- Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
- Click on ‘Reset Password’.
